What we store about you, and why.
Last updated 30 October 2026.
Listings. When you list a group we store its Telegram link, the category and description you give, and the public information Telegram shows for it. No account is needed, and nothing about you is stored with an anonymous listing.
A listing cookie. After you list a group without an account we set one signed cookie that records which listings came from this browser, so you can pin your own listing while it is still being reviewed. It holds only those identifiers, cannot be read by scripts and expires after seven days.
Accounts. Rating a group needs an account. We store its email address, a name if you give one, and a hash of your password — never the password itself. Signing in sets a session cookie so you stay signed in.
Messages. The contact form stores your name, email address, subject and message so we can reply.
Payments. Pins are paid in crypto through Heleket, without an account. We never see wallet keys or card details. We store the order id, amount, status and dates Heleket reports, so we know which pin was paid.
Technical data. IP addresses are kept briefly for rate limiting, to stop abuse of the forms. We use no advertising trackers.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the services needed to run the site: Heleket for payments and our email provider for messages such as sign-up codes. A listing and its description are public by design.
Listings stay while they are on the site. Accounts stay until you delete them. Messages and payment records are kept as long as we need them for support and accounting. Rate-limit records expire within hours.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion through the contact page. Depending on where you live you may also complain to a data protection regulator.
Group Wall is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
